Modernize devel_empty_dir()

Fix CSS for query log.

Fix minor cosmetic bug (show '0' instead of nothing for FALSE).

Avoid marking inactive grant records as granting access.

Turn the node nid/title into a link fragment pointing to the node (especially useful on pages with multiple nodes).

Don't try to show the second block if the $nid doesn't exist (page not found).

Add file for generating fields content. The new file has some non ideal code and keeps cck naming. Patches welcome. Also, we will need taxonomy field support once that settles down. For now, don't try to generate forum nodes.

Remove extraneous lines to set node body during content generation. Will be handled by upcoming file moved from cck project.

[show_blocks] is no more.

Now with proper language code but still no body getting populated.

Attempt to fix empty body problem with a translatable fields fix. Still not working but might be my own install.

Get devel generate content working again. the taxonomy checkbox is still not working. i think that should get impemented when we re-implement the cck feature which populates all fields with demo data. see cvs.drupal.org/viewvc.py/drupal/contributions/modules/cck/includes/content.devel.inc?view=log&pathrev=DRUPAL-6--3.

cruft removal.

Add dev load and dev redner tabs for comments so that you can see their fields. alas, the comment permalink implementation is pretty bizaare from a menu perspective (it seems - din't investigate). so the new tabs can only be seen at comment/%comment/devel/load and comment/%comment/devel/render. thes pages are not linked on the comment permalink page - the node's tabs are.

Add dev load and dev redner tabs to term pages since they can now carry fields.
