Final fixes before Beta 2.

Fixed alpha_invoke to work even without function names. Also the media queries javascript library now adds a body class depending on the current layout in charge.

Issue #1192918: The RTL grid CSS files were upside-down for the pull, push, prefix and suffix CSS classes. This is now fixed.

element_children was producing a bug in some cases.

Tiny fix for alpha_library_active.

Issue #1191772: Separated the effects of the primary region option into two separate features: The primary region dropdown now only affects the width of a region by covering the empty space in a zone. The position dropdown controls the visual positioning of a region while the weight dropdown controls the weight of the region in the DOM.

Equal heights is now a library instead of hacked-in javascript.

Another overhaul of the whole aggregation procedure. There was an error in the logic which might (probably not, but who knows what our users do with the css?) have accidently removed non-responsive css too.

Removed hook_block_list_alter. We are now using hook_page_alter for adding the debug blocks. This will hopefully fix the probles that we were having with advanced block preprocessing from custom modules.
