Correct syntax errors in the call to the services object.  The syntax is getting a bit cranky, but much of that is due to legacy.

Correct dumb typo.

Remove unused class.

Cleanup and remove dead code.

Add an entity service, and use it for the node context subscriber.

Show a more complex built-in service, caching, just for kicks.

Add framework to register additional services from modules.  It parallels the context registration system.

Add support for an injected service container to all controllers.

Minor cleanup.

Move the node listener to a Module-specific class.

Add a lazy-load context attribute to the Drupal request object, based on Pimple, and use it for the node context. That way the node can lazy load. Might we use that for everything?

Fix dumb bug in the system path resolver.

Introduce Drupal-specific request class.

Update the path listener for the 2.1 branch of Symfony.

Add EventDispatcher as a submodule.

Remove EventDispatcher so we can use a submodule instead.

Remove HttpKernel so we can use a submodule.

Remove debug line.

Refactor controllers to support a Node JSON response. Still not a proper design here, but this is still experimental.

Refactor the legacy controller to support both delivery callbacks in core currently. It's still an ugly hack, but it's closer to something vaguely sane.  Of coures, the ajax delver callback is AFU but that's not an issue to solve here.

Add a functional LegacyController for page responses, at least. OMG it works, kind of.

Add initial Drupal-on-Symfony support code.  This does not yet generate a valid page.

Add Symfony EventDispatcher and HttpKernel components.
