* Re-renamed the module so it works with the auto-update properly. Too bad
  since it is improper for Drupal, but otherwise we could have to change
  the CVS path and such and break version 5. See the module page for more
  info about how to update your site to this newer version.
* Added support for theming every single line of HTML generated by the
  module (i.e. each option calls theme() and you can capture those in your
  theme or separate module.
* Optimized (put the filter itself in a .pages.inc, over 6Kb now)
