- Fixed update statement error that occurred when updating a feed's password
- Fixed bug in migrating aggregator2 where I always assumed a taxonomy is still present in DB
- Fixed error on updating an aggregation item when update is checked and feed items change
- Fixed error where updating a feed item gave taxonomy offset errors, probably due to the fact I replaced all items in the feed even on update
- Fixed aggregation_item_view to trigger _prepare first
- Added feature to disable auto-taxonomy creation per feed
