To install:
1) Put the blogtheme directory into the /sites/all/modules/ directory.
2) Activate the module at /admin/modules. 
3) Check the new permissions at /admin/user/permissions.
4) Check the module settings at /admin/settings/blog_theme.
5) Select several themes at admin/build/themes.
6) Support for the maintainer is most welcome. See README.txt.

Users with the appropriate permission will be able to select their blog theme on their account edit page.
