Refactor: Rename bookmarks_get_canonical_path to
bookmarks_get_canonical_referer_path, which is what it actually does,
nowadays (it looks like it might have been different at some point, or
copied from somewhere else). Also, remove references to a confusing
non-existent argument to this function.

Use drupal_set_emssage() directly since the messages are oneliners, add breadcrumbs support for the title edit page, and print out the alias of the URL, not the URL itself when editing the title

Adapt the bookmarking code to the latest theme changes. As
the context idea does not seem to find much support, there was
a need for a custom solution. People could either pass the $title
directly to the bookmarks link function, if a custom link is used
and the code is in the themename_header() function. Otherwise
bookmarks_title() needs to be called, so the title will be remembered. Bookmarks work again with latest CVS (themes supporting bookmarks need to be changed, but there is no core/contrib theme supporting bookmarks).

Major rewrite of hotlist to support latest CVS (Feb 2003).
Uses new menu/link functions. Changed name to "bookmarks" because it's much more obvious what it does cf. "hotlist".
This form allows you to request diffs between any two revisions of this file.
For each of the two "sides" of the diff,
select a symbolic revision name using the selection box, or choose
'Use Text Field' and enter a numeric revision.
