Added CVS $Id$ tag to all *.module files where it was missing (as required
by the coding standards, see CODING_STANDARDS.html). I also unified the
format and the location of the $Id$ tag. It starts with "//" and is placed
on the second line in all *.module files, now.

This is the first version of a cafepress block that takes a group of cafepress
images (see README) and displays a cafepress item in a block (randomly chosen)
that is also a link to the item in your store (suprise suprise!). It also
has the links for people selling their own things with you as a referer, and
for seeing the rest of your store. Future versions will allow you to name
and describe your items in the block, upload the images from within the site,
allow users of your site to add their own content, and many other features.
