* Added setting to restrict returned cases based on "opened by" being the same as teh project author
* Moved css definition to the services side.
* Started to move some case list logic to the services side but unformtunately not as much as having it views configurable.

* cleaned up new multiple-project features
* centralized xmlrpc call in the client with some url corrections centralized there too
* cases lists are now paged
* module now defers to the content types that have been configured as cases and projects
* Errors are not properly raised yet. havne't worked out how to do that.
* client can now change case title

Initial alpha of casetracker_services which 1. exposes services (add, list, comment)
on a Case Tracker enabled server and 2. has a client module for installing on
a client server which can talk to the CT server.
This form allows you to request diffs between any two revisions of this file.
For each of the two "sides" of the diff,
select a symbolic revision name using the selection box, or choose
'Use Text Field' and enter a numeric revision.
