Installation
============

1. Copy the citizenspeak directory to your modules directory
2. Load the database tables.  The command will be something like:
       mysql -u username -ppassword drupal < citizenspeak.mysql
3. Enable the CitizenSpeak module in Drupal by going to Administer -> Modules
4. Review the permissions that Drupal uses.
