CiviNode Installation:
| 2 |
| 3 |
CiviNode is still in an early experimental version, and
| 4 |
takes a bit of doing to install. If you aren't comfortable
| 5 |
applying patches to source files, you may want to wait until
| 6 |
work is farther along.
| 7 |
| 8 |
The current version of CiviNode now in CVS is written for
| 9 |
Drupal 4.7, and probably will not work on Drupal 4.6. Module
| 10 |
installation (until the database schema settles down) is
| 11 |
still manual: you'll need to use the civinode.mysql file
| 12 |
to update your database. A civinode.install file will get
| 13 |
written pretty soon, once we are confident that the
| 14 |
schema isn't changing much.
| 15 |
| 16 |
CiviNode depends upon CiviCRM 1.4 Beta or more recent. In addition,
| 17 |
if you want to use Organic Group integration, you'll need a very
| 18 |
recent version of Organic Groups, and you will need the 'user load'
| 19 |
patch now up on Drupal.org (http://drupal.org/node/56614), since
| 20 |
CiviNode uses the patched code to get Organic Groups to link
| 21 |
Drupal groups with CiviCRM groups.

Please use the Drupal.org issue tracker to report problems,
| 24 |
so we can find 'em and fix 'em.
