mid-way commit. using Batch API scheme generation, service system on a per-theme basis, meaning no extra-overhead if you choose not to enable color on a theme. can disable/enable per-theme in a simple click.

Modularized the module into pieces, added some DB functions, new DB schema

This form allows you to request diffs between any two revisions of this file. For each of the two "sides" of the diff, select a symbolic revision name using the selection box, or choose 'Use Text Field' and enter a numeric revision.
