removed rules from ias admin as rules really make no sense there.
added saving time of last visit and number of visits in cookies
banner code for ias will appear on the site now if ias is enabled.

Initial import. This module is under heavy development and doesn't work at the moment.

This form allows you to request diffs between any two revisions of this file. For each of the two "sides" of the diff, select a symbolic revision name using the selection box, or choose 'Use Text Field' and enter a numeric revision.
