#222729 : port to Drupal 6. Work in progress!!

TODO:
- copyright.admin.inc : rewrite the forms
- replace some db_query()s with drupal_write_record()
- hook_update() to change BOOL columns (from D5) into (TINY)INT
- general checking and debugging
