Some major changes. Now, both custom_links and custom_bookmarks use token.module for their placeholder replacement functions. As such, token.module is required, and the format of the placeholders has changed slightly. Editing existing saved tokens may be required.

Initial commit of the Custom Links module. Allows administrators to set up parameterized entries for any node type's links. This allows CCK-style node types to have "Visit this user's blog" style links, without any custom code.
