#150278 by dww and hunmonk: Adding an UPGRADE.txt file with specific
instructions for upgrading to newer versions.  For now, this only
contains info about the 4.7.x-1.* to 4.7.x-2.* upgrade (which is
hellish for sites using the old release system).

This form allows you to request diffs between any two revisions of this file. For each of the two "sides" of the diff, select a symbolic revision name using the selection box, or choose 'Use Text Field' and enter a numeric revision.
