#318337 Change advertising block so visibility is determined by module, but
HTML/JS content defined by admin. This will allow Kieran et al to change
the ad code directly without the need for someone to change module code
and activate it on d.o, thus shortening the cycle and manpower needed.
We still achieve the goal of not having PHP in blocks or block visibility.
This form allows you to request diffs between any two revisions of this file.
For each of the two "sides" of the diff,
select a symbolic revision name using the selection box, or choose
'Use Text Field' and enter a numeric revision.
