Fix a fatal error in the news gadget by commenting out a list of objects where the theme expects a list of arrays. Also, fixed a typo in the output.

Add news page functionality. Instead of doing this in views, since other news related queries (blocks, front page news excerpts) are in custom queries for ease of maintenance, this should be there as well.

New drupalorg_news module!

 - Integrated the existing news related altering from drupalorg module.
 - Integrated the existing drupal planet code from planet_drupal_subscription module.
 - Added new code for the news page taxonomy term filtering.
