#367202 by myself on suggestion from pwolanin: fake the newsletter tab as user category and alter the menu item
Set back menu item to %user
Reviewed lists.module. Removed dead code, added more comments, reorganized by the two ways it now supports lists. I'd love to have unified the normal lists, but this needs more work. We will be able to live with this double scope for now. Schema is missing and it does need more testing.
Initial code for mailman integration.
#364523 by myself: initial upgrade of lists.module to Drupal 6
#332855 by myself: code cleanup of lists.module
Moving the lists module from a separate project to the drupalorg module. This is too drupal.org specific to live as a separate project.
