Fixed retrieval of the http host name, which helps having a good HELO command
and get verification from more SMTP hosts.

Recognize hosts that (incorrectly) reject our HELO command, and accept the
address in that case.

Added watchdog calls so that the admin can see what addresses were rejected
and why.

The 'fsockopen()' warnings were not a bug but came from a global drupal setting left to output warnings on page. Mention this in the README.
