Lots of changes to get a valid install profile working for erp.
Read INSTALL.txt for a brief rundown/howto.
There is one glitch, which I fixed with a small patch, attached to this
issue - http://drupal.org/node/111345
Just commenting out the _block_rehash will work in the short term

Lots of small changes to the install files after some testing from a
scratch db.
Initial commit of basic pricing levels module.
Lots of extra help in the INSTALL.txt file
Updated the TODO.txt with a bunch of extra info.
Printer friendly output now looks quite good, but still needs to be
"themeable".

Renamed some files, completed name change from stock_pricing to item.
Started work on stock receiving.
This form allows you to request diffs between any two revisions of this file.
For each of the two "sides" of the diff,
select a symbolic revision name using the selection box, or choose
'Use Text Field' and enter a numeric revision.
