Removed silly erp_base_path, changed things to do it the "right" way.
This should fix the problems with putting erp modules in sites/all.
Also fixed theme_add_style vs drupal_add_css problem

A huge number of fairly major changes for things we've found as we move
info using erp in our productions environment. This could almost be called a
release candidate, except installation from scratch is still a nightmare.

Lots of small changes to the install files after some testing from a
scratch db.
Initial commit of basic pricing levels  module.
Lots of extra help in the INSTALL.txt file
Updated the TODO.txt with a bunch of extra info.
Printer friendly output now looks quite good, but still needs to be
"themeable".

Renamed some files, completed name change from stock_pricing to item.
Started work on stock receiving.
