A bunch of new features. 1. A setting for making the library load always, or only when needed by other modules. 2. User may now select which library file to use amongst all available ones in the Ext directory. 3. User may select locale to use in Ext from all available ones in the Ext directory. 4. Other modules may load the library as needed using the ext_load_library() function. 5. Some new default values and misc. corrections.
