Initial commit for the Filesystem Backup Module.

Features:
* Mails an entire backup of the document root to the administrator in chunks
* Works in batches (cron) so that the drain on system resources can be controlled
* Can archive files to many popular (zip, bz2, tgz) archive types.
* Can work in complete mode (whole directory) or only mail new/modified files

Dependencies:
* PEAR File_Archive and MIME_Type packages

This form allows you to request diffs between any two revisions of this file. For each of the two "sides" of the diff, select a symbolic revision name using the selection box, or choose 'Use Text Field' and enter a numeric revision.
