Fixed old style hook_link() usage, and improved link to be themable so you can change it based on MIME type of enclosure to say "play podcast" or "play video" etc.

The enclosure link is now themeable allowing users to change the text displayed as the link to anything they want - such as "listen now" for a audio/mp3 media type.
