Fixed error with saving thumbnails
Changed imagecopyresized back to imagecopyresampled it's much better this way
Added ability to view/ download video files and display nice video icon in the thumbnail view

FIXED issue with cron not being set off until an hour after what you set it to...
FIXED issue with -use_cookies not being appended correctly to the fetchgals command
FIXED query being passed to cron update was missing some parameters
ADDED pid status to log page
ADDED some options to set thumbnail sizes and also to be able to set thumbnails to be saved to disk automatically
Changed some wording too
