Branched totally from filebrowser.module
Should be stand-alone now.
Known bugs:
documentation totally out-of-date. the help page probably won't even work.
Snippets may not work as expected (at all)
autocomplete needs testing
'table' rendering may require formtable.module (not attached yet)
