New filtering mechanism.
- On the plus side, can now work with non-ASCII, non-Latin1 alphabets. Now allows initial pages for dot, ampersand, and various special characters. DFN can now handle entities.
- On the minus side: these added feature may have introduced vulnerabilities. Please double-check code before going in production.

This version adds internal referer tracking, and tools to make use of it.
It needs the new table added in g2.mysql in order to work.
This form allows you to request diffs between any two revisions of this file.
For each of the two "sides" of the diff,
select a symbolic revision name using the selection box, or choose
'Use Text Field' and enter a numeric revision.
