Fixed access bug in issue #347037. All users of the Drupal 6 beta need to
upgrade to this patch, and you need to run update.php as the admin user
afterward to ensure menu cache is cleared.

Resolving issue #29983, in which a configuration problem can cause some
HOF statistics to be missing or not updated. There were two config settings
that could cause this: "statistics" module disabled, or node view counting
disabled. Added a dependency to hof.info to resolve the first, and a
warning message to alert administrators to the second so they can fix it.

Fixed issue #22186 reported by Cvbge. Moved t() calls to apply directly to
constants rather than from result of function which defaulted the constant.
Also eliminated two redundant calls to t() on data that had already been
translated.

Modified SQL query to use db_query_range() instead of hard-coded "LIMIT"
keyword, which might not work with all databases.
Fixed display of embedded table-of-contents menu on sub-pages.
Added an admin setting to keep the embedded TOC from displaying a link to
the full TOC. This link was redundant in certain themes for certain settings
of HOF itself; the new setting allows the admin to disable it in these
cases.
Added STYLESHEET.txt to explain usage of (optional) CSS classes by HOF.
This form allows you to request diffs between any two revisions of this file.
For each of the two "sides" of the diff,
select a symbolic revision name using the selection box, or choose
'Use Text Field' and enter a numeric revision.
