Branch: MAIN 
- Merge changes from Gordon Heydon's sandbox.
- Drop support for MSSQL (support has been dropped throughout Drupal).
- Add new image filter syntax, continue to support old syntax
- Add ability to store many sizes of each image (i.e. 640x480, 800x600, ... )
- Add support for imlib2
- Add new URL "image/view/(node id)" which returns the image by itself

This form allows you to request diffs between any two revisions of this file. For each of the two "sides" of the diff, select a symbolic revision name using the selection box, or choose 'Use Text Field' and enter a numeric revision.
