- Removed image_enhanced_scaling_nodeapi() in favor of 
image_enhanced_scaling_image_alter() (#130816), which 
also solves a bug with Image module 5.x-1.1 (#141351).
- Changed some UI text on the settings page.
- The module now attempts to look up the color depth
of the image before touching it.
- Updated README file.
