Initial commit of image_gallery_access, modeled after forum_access 1.3.2.1.

1 This module changes your image gallery administration page to let you apply
2 role-based permissions to each gallery, and to give each gallery individual
3 moderators.

5 Moderators automatically get all privileges on all posts in that gallery,
6 including edit and delete.
