gd fixes add imagefilter and imagerotate functions if php-gd was compiled with out them.

remove alter hooks to prevent conflicts with image module specific code.
convert the errors in the exec function to watchdog with a line about false positives on settings
forms instead of drupal_set_message.
This form allows you to request diffs between any two revisions of this file.
For each of the two "sides" of the diff,
select a symbolic revision name using the selection box, or choose
'Use Text Field' and enter a numeric revision.
