support for define_canvas in imagemagick. Safe fallback for some of the processes that are NOT supported in imagemagick yet. ROUNDED CORNERS FOR IMAGEMAGICK. experimental.

HUGE number of small changes - code style tweaks, just whitespace niggles generally. PLUS an entirely new revised algorithm for rounded corners contributed by donquixote http://drupal.org/node/564036 . Sorry for the huge patch if anyone is CVS-ing, you are best to take a diff of your own changes, then REPLACE all files from cvs-dev, then re-apply. All the code convention fixes will have scrambled most checkouts.

Removed redundant source2canvas effect
Added more UI help, and a little validation.
Added missing action summary text for some processes
Changed how 'underlay' handles the resulting image size. It WAS cropping to the size of the background image only. Now it offers choices.
