Update to new Views2 API and new CCK form names. Now requires latest versions of Views and CCK, and files have been re-arranged. Also added permission so that patrons can view their own history.

Added README file with basic instructions for getting started.  Removed devel module debugging print statement.  Did general code cleanup using the coder module.  Added the option to alter the search block to default to the library search instead of the content search.
