Update to new Views2 API and new CCK form names. Now requires latest versions of Views and CCK, and files have been re-arranged. Also added permission so that patrons can view their own history.

#297796 - Changed library and search lists to group by node and removed barcode and action columns.
Action links are now available only on the individual node view.  Updated the library transaction page so that the action id is required.
Now, if an item is unavailable, only the patron who made it unavailable can make it available again.
