Fixes problems with arg function not defined in hook_init when caching is enabled. Also fixes problem with non-existent constants due to 'spelling error'. These updates were done to HEAD, by missstake. Hopefully, this will apply the changes to the correct branch

Initial commit. This is a limited version of the Liquid Wiki Engine containing some of the base functionality. More will be commited as soon as I get time to look it through an test it. (Please note that the code has not been commented yet.

This form allows you to request diffs between any two revisions of this file.
For each of the two "sides" of the diff,
select a symbolic revision name using the selection box, or choose
'Use Text Field' and enter a numeric revision.
