Fixed issue #25048, improper naming of field 'format' conflicted with core use. Made mail form elements automatic for mail content type. Added strip tags to remove tags from plain text mails.

Merging in changes from 4.6. These extensive enhancements, contributed by drupal.org user Dublin Drupaler, enable sending of attachments as well as setting of mail sending options (plain vs. HTML, etc.). Introduces use of activeMailLib.php library.

Added CVS $Id$ tag to all *.module files where it was missing (as required
by the coding standards, see CODING_STANDARDS.html). I also unified the
format and the location of the $Id$ tag. It starts with "//" and is placed
on the second line in all *.module files, now.
This form allows you to request diffs between any two revisions of this file.
For each of the two "sides" of the diff,
select a symbolic revision name using the selection box, or choose
'Use Text Field' and enter a numeric revision.
