Added CVS $Id$ tag to all *.module files where it was missing (as required
by the coding standards, see CODING_STANDARDS.html). I also unified the
format and the location of the $Id$ tag. It starts with "//" and is placed
on the second line in all *.module files, now.

The behaviour of user_validate_mail was changed to match
that of user_validate_name and throw an error on null cases. This module needed to be updated. As a result, it was thus forcing users
to enter a mail alias.

With this module, a user may associate additional email addresses with his account.
These addresses are used by mailhandler.module to authenticate incoming emails.
This form allows you to request diffs between any two revisions of this file.
For each of the two "sides" of the diff,
select a symbolic revision name using the selection box, or choose
'Use Text Field' and enter a numeric revision.
