If you install the module manually, make sure to install the following dependencies in the includes folder:

# RAP 
Download RAP from http://sourceforge.net/projects/rdfapi-php/ and extract it in a temporary folder. Copy the content of rdfapi-php/api in the includes/rap folder of the neologism module. You should have something like neologism/includes/rap/RdfAPI.php

# PHP Content Negotiation
Download the PHP Content Negotiation library from http://ptlis.net/source/php-content-negotiation/ and extract it in the includes folder of the neologism module. You should have something like neologism/includes/content_negotiation.inc.php


# Neologism Flash browser
Download the Neologism Flash browser from http://neologism.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/demo/sites/all/modules/neologism/includes/Neologism.swf and place it in the includes folder, in such a way you have neologism/includes/Neologism.swf
