Using strings for PDS properties instead of integers. Added table index on namespace. Namespaced _pds_items_key_load(). Finished internal reindex. Added descriptions to PDS add form.

Initial commit of PDS module. PDS is a generic tool for storing and retrieving key-value data based on Drupal paths.

This form allows you to request diffs between any two revisions of this file. For each of the two "sides" of the diff, select a symbolic revision name using the selection box, or choose 'Use Text Field' and enter a numeric revision.
