-Add an option to have image titles without the extension
-Add an option not to validate images before adding them.  This saves a lot of time, and validation instead will be done quickly based on file extension.

-Default theme uses the CSS sliding doors technique to do borders.  This should be IE friendly.
-Check that images are valid before adding them
-Use the last second of the day as the time a photobar is entered

Initial import of module to manage automatic creation of galleries on a per-date basic.  A photobar node is created for each gallery for display on the main page.
