Revamp of the Forecast. Now with more modularization, and probably
a tad less features (did I already include continuous tasks previously?).
Much cleaner, much better, more reliably, easier to configure.
In short, everything you would expect from a proper revamp.

Now depends on Value Providers and a current Duration release
(the latter coming with conversion factors and lower-case API).

Initial commit of project_forecast:
A module that compares time budgets (provided by the timebudget module)
and time needs for a set of tasks/issues/cases/bugs (provided by Views
and CCK) in order to calculate an estimated target date for those tasks,
and optionally for milestones depending on those tasks.
