Initial development version for Drupal 6:
 - updated for new hook_menu system
 - updated for new simpletest-6.x-2.x
 - remove now uneeded publishcontent.install
 - remove integration with views-1.x since
   Drupal 6 only works with views-2.x.
   Addition of views-2.x is in progress though.
