#80975 by ufku, puts the accesskey in the A, and removes it from the IMG. Accesskeys now actually work!

Preparing this module for 4.7
 * Fixed the whole stuff for Fapi.
 * Fixed CSS and JS  insertation apis
 * Fixed the Anchor insertation 'bug'
 * Cleaned out the Javascript
 * Split Javascript in a normal .js file and a small piece of dynamically gnerated JS
 * Revived the hook stuff. Hooks are now very very easy to use.

Updating this module.
It now has a hook, other modules can thus easily add buttons. See thecode for an example.
It also creates the javascript on the fly.
some more, minor enhancements are in place.
