Initial commit of Save As Draft module. This module is very similar to Revision Moderation, except that it allow all users with appropriate permissions to save a future revision, considered a draft, that can be edited later and later released.

This form allows you to request diffs between any two revisions of this file. For each of the two "sides" of the diff, select a symbolic revision name using the selection box, or choose 'Use Text Field' and enter a numeric revision.
