Added a default section. Admin is now preconfigured to use bluemarine.
This is done so, in the sections.mysql
Fixed a small rendering bug
introduced the blocks "use PHP" permission. We no longer allow PHP to be
used for those without the secific set setting.
The interface is now again similar to the blocks UI.

Releaso of the sections module. Please read the notes in the README.

This form allows you to request diffs between any two revisions of this file. For each of the two "sides" of the diff, select a symbolic revision name using the selection box, or choose 'Use Text Field' and enter a numeric revision.
