svn sync: Obscure 5.1.6 bug with the $_SESSION variable not being replaceable. Manually merge as a result.

Clean up session_restore_vet - do not include 3rd party variables. Use the hook.

Replace REPLACE by DELETE, INSERT.

Do not store empty sessions.
