Initial commit. An ultra-streamlined voting module that demonstrates a few of VotingAPI's basic features.

| 3 | Naturally, SimpleVote requires the VotingAPI module, and won't run without it. It also requires a CSS-capable browser, or the voting widget won't display properly. As I have time, I'll probably be updating this module with examples of VotingAPI's more advanced features. |
