Sliced navigations are no more called book_level_x but
"name of the book"_level_x
New fonctionnality added. It's now possible to add a sublcass to navigation items while editing the node. This subclass make menus more themable.

FILE REMOVED
file slicedbook_navigation.install was initially added on branch DRUPAL-5.
This form allows you to request diffs between any two revisions of this file.
For each of the two "sides" of the diff,
select a symbolic revision name using the selection box, or choose
'Use Text Field' and enter a numeric revision.
